For reasons unknown Debian reinstalled a mozilla for the n-th time, so I removed it again. What suprised me, is that gnome-core seems to depend on the mozilla package. I don’t really care, because I don’t use gnome but it still seems like someone fucked up the dependencies…
 
	 
	 
	
with Gentoo, you can specify the compile flags for all packages, and I bet gnome does have a compile-flag/configure-paramter that says not to install mozilla – or not to install the documentation that may reqire mozilla for reading.
